USA SOURCED 4140 Alloy Steel Lamination Plates
Lamination Plates are our bread and butter. Ours are made from USA SOURCED 4140 Alloy Steel with an exclusive and exhaustive heat treating process making them durable and resistant to going out of tolerance. They are then precision ground and machined to exacting specifications.

Aluminum Top Spacer System
Our team lead the way in developing and patenting the Top Spacer System for use with your new and existing lamination package. A precision aluminum plate goes on top of your lamination package allowing full pin engagement, making a marked difference in overall registration.
Master Plate System
Another innovation our team has lead the way in and developed is the use of a Master Plate in your lamination room. This allows you to easily and quickly replace bushings in the field with repeatable results without having to send in the plates every time a bushing needs to be replaced, minimizing downtime.
